nScrypt’s 3Dx-700 offers an all in one product manufacturing solution. The 3Dx-700 is a high precision, material agnostic, gantry-based system offering a 5/6 axis motion platform with multi-tool and processing capabilities. Relying on pneumatic ports along with a pneumatic clamps, the system’s tool changer switches seamlessly between the SmartPump™, nFD™, nMill™ and nPnP™. Using an advanced software package, nStudio™, the 3Dx-700 moves the toolheads along a path normal to multi curved surfaces, allowing for true 3 dimensional manufacturing.
Enabling the user to go directly from CAD file to a complete, fully functioning product, including electronics, the 3Dx-700 transforms the 3D printing of parts into the 3D manufacturing of electrically functional structures, a complete finished product.
