As the demand for antennas with complex patterns on uneven and doubly curved substrates grows, nScrypt is prepared to meet the demand. Using nScrypt’s SmartPump™-equipped 3Dn and SVA Series platforms to microdispense antennas substantially expands the materials palette for printed antennas. From very low viscosity materials to very high viscosity with heavy particle loading, the customer can choose the material that best fits its needs.

nScrypt’s 3Dn and SVA Series platforms print antennas with state of the art performance on flat and smooth surfaces, such as Mylar or Kapton for flexible applications, or on 3D shapes of hard, non-flexible surfaces. nScrypt’s precision motion control platforms also print state of the art antennas conformally on surfaces of any shape, including conformal antennas for Smart Phones and tablets.
