nScrypt, Inc. manufactures micro dispensing pumps and micro dispensing systems. We have extensive experience in dispensing applications with a wide range of materials. Our patented SmartPump™, provides a significant edge in speed and precision over other micro dispense pump technologies.
From our offices in Orlando, Florida, we focus on research and manufacturing in the areas of 3D printing, direct printing, and
micro dispensing. We emphasize enabling a vast array of micro dispensing technologies for the electronics, solar cell metallization,
life sciences, and chemical/pharmaceutical industries through precision material manipulation, mixing, and processing. Specific activities
include micro manufacturing, selling, and servicing specialized patented equipment that performs critical steps in manufacturing procedures.

nScrypt’s direct print technologies address a wide array of customer needs through the creative and innovative use of our advanced printing and micro dispensing technologies, including 3D printing, laser machining, and conformal coating. We also create unique variations of our patented SmartPump™ valving along with customized dispensing techniques. Our high-quality manufacturing and research facilities provide an environment for continuous development of new technologies, as well as micro manufacturing of customer products, and manufacturing of system-level solutions.
Company History
nScrypt, Inc. was founded in October 2002 as the result of a joint venture between Sciperio, a research and development think tank specializing in cross-disciplinary solutions, and Spectra Technologies (now a part of Metro Automation, Inc.), an automation design and services company. nScrypt was founded to manufacture, sell, and service Sciperio's revolutionary Micro Dispense Direct Write (MDDW) technology. After five years of research and development, nScrypt has successfully deployed this technology in a variety of material deposition applications.
Awards
nScrypt's micro dispensing system was named one of the top 100 products introduced in 2003 by R&D Magazine. It was also awarded the 2004 Frost and Sullivan Product Leadership Award.
